I sympathize with your situation. My savage is at Jarman's for repair right now, and I'm thinking of moving to another brand of bike just so I don't ever have to deal with them again. When you do go for another bike, try Wayne's Cycle shop in Waynesboro or Shenk Honda in Harrisonburg. You'll have better luck at either one. Wayne's is reputable (Fast compared to Jarman's) and fair and reasonable.
